In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Fonts, images and music are served from our own server; no data is passed to third parties such as Google when you visit. We only store personal data if you voluntarily sign up to be notified at launch.

Visiting the website

To deliver the page, the web server processes technically necessary data, mainly your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser identifier. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is delivering the website securely. We do not keep access logs of individual visits and do not combine this data with other data.

Launch notification

With the “Notify me at launch” button you can enter your email address. We then store your address, the language you chose (German or English), the time of sign-up and the wording of your consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Right after you sign up we send you a confirmation with an unsubscribe link. If you did not sign up yourself, you can delete the address immediately through it. We only use the address to notify you at launch and delete it afterwards.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to support@ramblekin.com. Your address will then be deleted immediately.

To prevent abuse we limit the number of sign-ups per IP address. For this, the IP address is only kept briefly in memory and is not stored. We send the emails through our mailbox at STRATO.

Hosting

The website runs on a server of Contabo GmbH, Munich, Germany.

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we only use your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The German version of this policy is legally binding.
